All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international addresses.

4. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable national carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or similar services. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order is on its way.
5. Delivery Service
Our standard delivery service is Threshold Delivery. This means the carrier will deliver the package to the first dry area at your delivery address, such as your front porch, garage, or building lobby. This service does not include: moving items up or down stairs, in-home placement, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is brought inside.
