1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Homlux purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, "like-new" condition, unused, and free from any damage, stains, or odors. All original packaging, including boxes and protective materials, must be included and undamaged. Returns must be shipped back to an address within the contiguous United States.

3. Return Shipping & Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs is clearly defined as follows:

Changed Your Mind / No Longer Needed: For returns that are not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Homlux will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns within the contiguous United States, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Our Mistake (Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Item): If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, Homlux will cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping fee paid (if any) is non-refundable for returns due to customer preference.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment account after its approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

6. Exchanges
Homlux does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, we recommend returning the original purchase for a refund and placing a new order on our website.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homlux.shop or +1 702-956-4858.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or a video of the damage, the product, and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and swiftly arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, including providing a prepaid return label. Failure to report within 48 hours may impact our ability to resolve your issue.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please contact us within 7 days at info@homlux.shop or +1 702-956-4858. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with this policy.
